'We're Puppeteers!'

'We're Puppeteers!' is a short-form children’s TV series made for Nickelodeon Jr. in conjunction with The Little Angel Puppet Theatre. The series started airing in September of this year. The puppets were designed and made by Sue Dacre and the series was directed by David Wachs of LRG Media Ltd. I was involved in making the bodies of the three puppets.

Puppets in progress

Another Suspense festival show I was involved with was 'Spirit' (a show created and devised by Susan Beattie and Kate Middleton), performed this time round at the Rosemary Branch Theatre. Susan very kindly asked me to puppeteer alongside herself and Beatrice Pentney and also commissioned me to make two marionettes, a boy and his mother, for a scene in the show. Here are some 'work in progress' shots of the puppets.

Puppets onstage

Following its successful run in Richmond, 'The Money Game' was staged again as part of the Suspense London Puppetry Festival. Here are some photos of the puppets in action!
